An Edwardian rosewood and marquetry inlaid lancet top Mantel clock – eight day French movement strinking on the half and hour on a coiled spring - stamped to rear “AD Mougin Deux Medailles”. Mougin was a famous clock maker in Paris from the mid 19th century forward and obtained two gold medals from the Paris exhibitions.
