Henry Fredrick Lucas Lucas was born in Louth Lincolnshire in 1848 , but settled in Rugby from the age of thirty where he remained until his death in 1943. In his 95 years he covered all forms of equestrian sport including polo, racing and fox hunting, painting the Pytchley Hunt of Northamptonshire on a number of occasions
